James,
My concern is your saying there is "nothing" at the line out... is that true
for both organ voices and PR-300 voices? Or are they just low in volume? There
should be something there....
Look on page 8 of the owner's manual for the sequence in the menus.
Press "Quick Menu" then rotate the select knob 3 clicks to the right.. the
display should be highlighted to "Audio Control."
Press "Quick Menu" then rotate the select knob 3 clicks to the right...the
display should now show "Line Out Gain." Rotate the alpha dial clockwise to
increase the gain to the level you want.
Press and hold set, and cancel... (in that order) and hold for about 10 seconds
or so until you see "Audio Control Settings Saved"
That should give you a big boost over the headphones. If not, then let me know
so we can contact the dealer and get a tech out to help you.
Best regards,
Ed Wilson

I would also like to record directly from the line output of the 837
Rodgers Trillium at the Amsterdam United Methodist Church, but get no
signal from the line-out jack. I have to use the headphone jack
instead...after turning up the headphone volume. It works, but the
signal is not as loud as it should be--I really have to crank up the
volume on playback.
The organ was installed last October, and I've asked that it be fixed.
The last I heard, the technician was going to contact Rodgers to find
out from them as to what could be causing the problem.
Has anyone else on the list had the problem of no signal at the line
out jack?
