Geri, It's as easy as 1 - 2 - 3
1     Hold SET
2     While holding SET Press MIDI piston (or tab) you want the sound to play 
on (MIDI on PD for example) - it will flash - release all pistons - now is 
the time to set the octave range to DOWN 2 in the green window
3     Press the key corresponding to the sound you want (baritone sax)

Done! - You now have a 32' pedal reed.

As Noel said, you can do the same for a 32' manual stop by putting the 
baritone sax on the SW or GT MIDI piston.
