RMAExpress 1.0.1 has been released. As usual it can be downloaded
at:
http://rmaexpress.bmbolstad.com
This contains only small bug fixes since the previous 1.0 release. There
are no new or changed features.
Changes since 1.0 Release
- Fix for parsing binary (xda) CDF files (effects HT_HG-U133_Plus_PM
array)
- When using PLM summarization and a probeset with more than 500 probes
is encountered uses median polish for that probeset instead (previously
was 1000 probes)
