[rmaexpress_help] RMAExpress 1.0 beta 3

RMAExpress 1.0 beta 3 has been released. It can be downloaded at:

Changes since 1.0 beta 2
- A few graphics tweaks.
- Additional QC plots for NUSE and RLE IQRs. 
- Some QC plots now have "control limits" to aid detection of outlier
arrays
- Source code is now being built against wxWidgets 2.8.4. This may lead
to a few minor cosmetic changes on some builds.


This is version adds minor additional features since the last beta.  The
0.5 release version remains the stable version.
