[rmaexpress_help] RMAExpress 1.0 Release

RMAExpress 1.0 has been released. As usual it can be downloaded
at:

http://rmaexpress.bmbolstad.com

It becomes the new official release version. If you have previously been
using 0.5 or any of the 1.0 beta releases you should update to the 1.0
Release version.

Changes since 0.5 Release
- Provides the PLM summarization method
- NUSE and RLE quality assessment statistics and related plots
- Some QC plots now have "control limits" to aid detection of outlier
arrays
- Boxplots/Density plots of raw data
- Support for reading AGCC/Generic format CEL files (aka Command Console
Format)
- Support for parsing PGF/CLF files in the Data Convertor application.
- PS and MPS file support for Exon arrays.

Changes since 1.0 beta 10
- small fix for background correction crash that would appear in some
linux source code builds.
