RMAExpress 0.5 alpha 5 has been released. It can be downloaded at

Changes since 0.5 alpha 4
- Fixes a major bug that affects situations where there are a large
number of binary format cel files (over 500 or more). This bug
manifested itself on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. It did not seem to
have any effect on Linux machines.
- Small modification to how the progress bar is displayed when reading
in files.
