RMAExpress 0.4 alpha 2 has been released

Changes since 0.4 alpha 1
- Fix a minor bug in background correction routine (that is triggered
only rare occasions) which can cause slight difference in expression
measures with computed using R/BioConductor (usually the difference is
in 3rd decimal place).
- Some interface clean-up, also some progress bars are now shown during
the computation of expression measures.
