[rmaexpress_help] RMAExpress 0.4 alpha 5

RMAExpress 0.4 alpha 5 has been released. It can be downloaded at

Changes since 0.4 alpha 4
- Assignment of red and blue in chip pseudo-images has been corrected.
Blue should now correspond to negative residual and Red to positive
residual (the reverse was previously true). This will keep the coloring
consistent with the coloring produced by BioConductor software
- It is now possible to image signs of residuals alone.
- The source code now builds successfully against wxWidgets 2.6.x and
henceforth the Windows binaries are being compiled with wxWidgets 2.6.x.
