The good news is that I think I have figured out an appropriate fix.
However, I may hold off a few more days to carry out further testing to
check various other combinations of pgf/clf/mps files before I build a
new release.
In the interim you could try using the one I built. It is temporarily
at:
http://rmaexpress.bmbolstad.com/download/MoGene-1_0-st-v1.r4_mps_MoGene-1_0-st-v1.r4.CDFRME
