OK, that does really suggest that you do not have 2.04 loaded as this 
is the exact issue you see with 2.02.

I have just printed out to a file using 2.04 and the S800 definition 
and you do get at the start:

[K BJLSTART
ControlMode=Common
AckTime=Short
BJLEND
[K

At the start. With 2.02 you get what you are seeing.

Either you have a version of GPDriver2 version 2.02 being seen or you 
haven't actually installed version 2.04.

I suggest that you check your set , delete 2.02/your copy of GPDriver2 
and download 2.04 again from the link Martin previously sent as per 
below:
