[riscos-printing] GPDriver 2.09 released

I have released GPDriver 2.09, which fixes a major stability issue
that could lead to crashes at the end of printing. In contrast to
earlier versions, the new version also works correctly on old format
hard discs that limit filenames to 10 characters.

This upgrade is strongly recommended for all users.
If your version of GPDriver is 2.07 or 2.08 (see !GPDriver2.!Help),
you can upgrade by simply downloading the GPDriver 2.09 archive and
replacing your existing copy with the new one.
If your version of GPDriver is 2.06 or earlier you need to download
the complete Gutenprint for RISC OS 2.09 release archive and update
your copy of GPSetup and the printer definition files as well.
