SUBJECT:DIGITAL SOUND CARD MODES
Effective immediately, no digital sound card modes will be used on
frequencies KCA to KCL, this includes but is not limited to MT-63, Olivia
and EasyPal. Frequencies KCA to KCL are maritime frequencies and we are the
secondary users, the MARS license for those frequencies only authorizes SSB,
Automated Morse and RTTY. Smitty is currently in the process of resubmitting
the MARS license for KCA to KCL to include digital modes, until the new
license is granted all digital traffic should be passed on alternate
frequencies.
