Sounds like loads of fun.

Well, I'm sure you'll get all of it where it needs to be.

The main thing is to have a good time doing it.

Now I've been using all these nice microphones I have for recording the
latest star at affordable studio services, a knocked out female vocalists
doing a christmas album.

I've tried large and small diaphram condensers, and I keep coming back to
the shure sm7b, man, nothing I ever put through that mic ever sounds bad, I
love that mic.

Those condensers just seem to have too much high requency content when I
roll ou the mud I have to tame down 6k harshness, but on the sm7b when I
taylor the mids just right, there's just the right amount of high end left,
smooth and pretty.

The small diaphram condenser the shure sm81 fared the worse, and those
things are terrible for popping, and I used two wind-screens on her plus the
mike muff it comes with.

I think I'll order another sm7b.
