[real-eyes] some strange problems with windows mail.

oh boy am I having fun.
1. unable to axis the tools menu in windows mail by hitting alt t.
2. addresses sometimes auto fill as I type them and sometimes not.
3. messages showing as read after I read them, and sometimes showing as read
even if I haven't read them.
I have run out of ways to fix this. here is what I have tried.
confirmed that the recipient is in the windows mail contacts list.
closed and restarted windows mail, all that happened is the messages in the in
box show as all unread if I restart windows mail again, then the messages show
as all read.
I have been trying to learn how to use out look on this machine, I fear that
maybe it has caused some of my problems.
any help would be vary welcomed.
