[real-eyes] sending multiple duplicate messages

Hi. friend of mine is having problem in OE with it sending gobs of the same
message, like 50 and 60. She has to go into the outbox right away after
sending and delete it because it thinks it hasn't gone out and keeps doing it.
She thinks she has ruled out virus and other stuff like that. Any ideas as to
what might be happening?
