[real-eyes] seeking recommendation for the best file sharing application

mainstream file sharing applications out there is most accessible and works
well for sending large files as .zip content? I'm familiar with yousendit and
myspace. Are there others? Also, is there a great likelihood of acquiring
malware or viruses when uploading to these sites? Any way to prevent this from
occurring?
