[real-eyes] question help

hi,
do anyone know how to clean the sent item box? i tried to clicked on
<collapse> but not work there says unavailable with th at and i tried to
delete button key for clean but not work either. i got rid of 1400 in the sent
item box. i am in outlook express all my emails.
