Okay, I take it all back. This may be a program to allow them to access
your system remotely. You may be able to right click on it by doing insert
F11, finding the program, and choosing right click with tab. Then you could
arrow down to options or preferences or settings or whatever and asking it
politely not to start. Then again maybe they want it to start and that's
not a good idea. I just don't know. That's the only thing I can think of
to try. It's not a program I'm familiar with.

here's what shows when I go into help and about. Has something to do with
the company I work for, or is just licensed to them. Shows my employee
number. Also, net support client is always in the systray.
