It sounds like you either have the same e-mail address on botht he laptop =
(which I'm thinking you don't from what you wrote in your message), or you =
have the desktop machine checking the laptop account too. I would bet the =
latter of the two.
Check under accounts on the desktop machine and see if it is also checking =
the laptop e-mail address.
