Hi all,

 

I want to correct something that I said in my last email.  I just called Time 
Warner Cable to ask them about the system updates, and this is what they told 
me:

 

The system updates occured yesterday, but some of the cable boxes didn't update 
for some odd reason.  If this is the case, you may experience some outage.  If 
so, just unplug the cable box, leave it unplugged for about a minute and then 
plug it back in.  It will take about an hour or so for the update to take 
effect, but it should fix the problem.

 

My apologies again for deciminating wrong information.  Hope this helps those 
that may be without cable.
