Reggie called me about this issue earlier. Try the following steps. 1. go to the start menu then go to the control panel. 2. Press the letter, I once you are in the control panel for the internet options. 3. control tab five times until you get to the programs page. 4. Tab past the first combo box and make sure that the second combo box is set for Outlook express when it comes to e-mail. 5. Once that is done, tab to the address combo box and make sure it is set for Outlook express. Then tab to apply then ok. With some variation, I follow the same basic procedure that you do. In My documents, select the file, press the context key, up arrow to "send to" and press enter, then down arrow to "mail recipient" and press enter. When I try it, I get a message that says "Microsoft office dialogue. No profiles have been created. To create a profile, use the mail icon in control panel." This has just started happening within the last week. Now when I want to send an attachment, I have to insert it while I am in the body of the actual message. This works okay, but I am wondering why the other method no longer works. Any ideas?
