[real-eyes] Turning ANSI off.

Hi! I just got a phone call from an MT whom I have just recently trained. She
is doing well, but accidentally turned on the ANSI, and she can't turn it off.
She cannot upload the report she is working on. Can someone tell me how to do
this? Thanks!
