[real-eyes] Spam? and what can be done about it?

I used to never hret junk mail messages in my inbox, and now I do. It is not
as bad as what I have seen in other situations but I do not want any. I
contacted Road Runner and explained my situation to them and they provided me
with an email address where I could forward the spam as an attachment and they
would add it to their block senders list. As I understand it, this would also
block these spam messages from other customers and theirs would block from me
as well. This still doesn't help. I still receive repeat emails and I haven't
found anyone there that can recommend anything or anyone else to have me talk
to about this problem. I have also started blocking these senders, but I don't
like the idea of filling up my deleted items folder with these unwanted email
messages. I am running windows essentials and windows xp and outlook express.
On my laptop I am running windows 7 and windows mail as my email client and I
get some of them there as well. Does anyone have anything else I could try?

NET SECURITY: When forwarding email messages please consider your obligation
to erase all names and email addresses. And send the message by using BCC
(Blind Copy) and you will avoid spammers and viruses on the net.
