Yes, put 512 in one slot and leave the 256 in the other.
As for rehab you don't even have to mess with them to get jaws8.  Contact 
Roselie at the TAPI for internet program and have her send you an 
application.  They will get you JAWS8 and would provide you with training, 
probably done by myself but, you won't even need that.  You can install 
jaws.  The turn around time is only about 2 weeks from when they get your 
application.  I could help you by phone if you have questions on filling it 
out.
