[real-eyes] Recordable chips

Does anyone her have knowledge/experience with or about recordable chips,
like you might find in a recordable greeting card? I'm trying to find
something that will play a sound when a cabinet door is opened. Ideally,
this would run off a replaceable battery, and could be recorded directly,
not through use of an in-built microphone. Any pointers appreciated and
thanks in advance.
