Hi all, Well, we must be getting through to the folks at Netflix. I called to make a change to our account and in the process told her I am blind and had another concern and even before I could tell her what it is she said, you mean the web site? I said yes, and she said they are aware of the problem and are definitely working on it. The fact that she knew about it is real encouraging so let's hope.
