If they aren't locked up too tight, you "may" be able to use Acrobat {Pro to
edit them.

Subject: [real-eyes] Making pdf files editable

Hi again all,
Hopefully this won't be duplicated like my last e-mail.
I've been given files in pdf format and I need to add to them. Is there any
way of converting them into an editable format?
Thank you,
Sarah
