Well I did and I had previously subscribed to the podcast.  I was notified
that it is there, but IE won't open it.  I got the same message.

the podcast.  I experienced the same problem when trying to open a file on
blindcooltech.com.

  Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

   Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
