Neither did I. Best thing you can do is to physically bring your Iphone
and your laptop if you have one to the Plaza Store and let them install
Itunes and your Iphone apps for you. My advise would be to always plan
to do Apple business with the store on the Plaza where you can get
willing and live assistance.
