Hi, there is no mail program that is built into Windows 7.
So, you have a couple of good choices for programs that work well with
screen readers.
Windows Live Mail and Thunderbird are two that come to mind.
The good news about either of these programs is that setting either of
them up with a Google mail account is a breeze.
