This issue has been out on 
different list the NFB has been 
against this since it was filed as 
a case , in that they said that 
the blind did not need a way to 
read money, to use a money 
identifier or a debit card. At 
then the end they did an 360 
degree turn and than supported 
this issue. go and look at the ace 
and nfb sites and read up on this 
issue.
