When it pops up you can arrow down to always allow and that's what you
should do. Also with Windows Messenger you have to download it from
Microsoft for 98. Get MSN Messenger.

I have Norton on my work computer, and I am continually getting the Semantic
Firewall message asking to select how often to permit something. The thing
pops up all of the time, and it's starting to drive me bananas. Is there
something I can check that ia default setting to permit always?
