Hi Jen,
Absolutely. You really need JAWS 12 for IE9. Not sure how Windoweyes is
handling it. The download manager pops up on the new IE9 notification bar.
You press alt N to access it, then tab to save, run, or save and run. To
view your downloads you launch the download manager with control J. If your
jaws is older then 12.1158 you won't be prompted to press alt N, but these
steps should still work.
