[real-eyes] Re: Changing Styles in MS Word

Sarah,

To change the style, you have to do more than change the format.

1)  Select the text you want to style.

2)  Press ALT+O, then S to open the Styles Pane.

3)  The default option most likely will be "clear all" which is what you want.  
This will put everything back to your Normal style.

If that doesn't work, let me know.
