The best one with lots of sounds, ability to save songs, and so on is called
Thumb Jam. It's a bit complicated, but the sounds are great. You can tilt
the phone to bend notes or shake it for vibrato, and the best part is you
don't have to turn off Voiceover to play. I also understand Garage Band is
accessible now. Akai makes a little musical keyboard for around $50 you can
actually drop the phone in that will let you play. IRig has a MIDI
interfface cable that will work with the IPhone for ataching it to MIDI
controlers.

here is an app that will expand your keyboard to the whole iphone screen
size , a menu at the top to go from vairous keyboards 123, abc , and one
more as i do not remember what it is , you can use this with facebook as
well . It cost $1.99 cents and for any reason that you would like an
hebrew app , that will do this as well.
so if you have the fat finger problem ,this may help you out in using this .
