John,
Thanks and thanks to Bob, Jerry and Wally for running their trains for him
and his family. A correction on my part, he is 92 years old. He thought the
layout was terrific. He is headed back home to build a layout in his
basement.

My wife's Uncle ( 91 years old ) from Georgia is in Richmond this weekend
to celebrate his sister's 90th birthday today at the Jefferson Hotel.
He was born and raised in Lynchburg,Virginia. He enlisted in the Army and
became an Infantry soldier. He entered Europe at Omaha Beach and fought
at the Battle of the Bulge.
Oh my the stories he has to tell. He wants to come by and see the layout
this afternoon at the GBGH before he returns home. He graduated from the
School of Engineering at Va. Tech..
He is interested in seeing how the layout is constructed and operates.
