Just some playing around, after giving my granddaughter's 5th grade class a talk About "What did you do in the war, grampa?" I think she thought I was out here, fighting the Indians...:)

I was lucky enough to be able to borrow my college roommate's 4X5 Speed Graphic. Like me, it is also an antique! I showed them how we used to load the film holders, and demonstrated our "rapid fire" technique.  There was a lady from Germany, who had lived through WWII, and a Navajo Code Talker, age 88.  I had to get my wife to work, so wasn't able to hear his address. Drat!

Sharp as a...needle!

A Cheby bulb for da Cheby Asylum!

Closer, my dear, come closer!

Narrow DOF!  I think to get the whole filaments and bulb sharp, I need to back off, and then crop for max  detail.  Any suggestions?

Later; C.
