It works like crap when I use long focal length on a tripod. Much better hand held. p ----- Original Message ----- From: Larry Knight<mailto:carpixguy@xxxxxxxxx> To: ratpack@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:ratpack@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, March 21, 2010 10:10 AM Subject: [ratpack] Re: Criticism invited no it doesn't. They have a 150-500 that does, but I thought I'd start with the 50-500 so that maybe I wouldn't have to change lenses when I go in the pits. I may try the 150-500 is next. How does your 170-500 work? The 27th will work for me for lunch, but only for and hour, which is OK, you guys are probably sick of me by then anyway. Also, I just rented a Sigma 50-500 lens for the Ferrari event, anyone ever used one of those. Wish my back luck, it's a heavy bugger!! Where at? I'd like to see what our local white collar criminals can accumulate. It'll give me something to strive for. :) I'm just about to get the Boise show photos on the server, but Qwest's DSL is pitchin a fit and works just about like government...slowly and frustratingly when it works at all. I'm gonna attach a few and if ya get a chance to look 'em over, I'd appreciate it. I'm gonna be doing the car show thing again Friday in Pocatello and then in 2 weeks, I'm going to Las Vegas for the Rockabilly Weekend with rat rod show, burlesque contests and Chuck Berry performing. Got my motel rooms comped in Mesquite so I'll be commuting for a coupla days...but it beats payin out $300 or more for rooms in LV, especially near the show. So here are the photos.
