Thank you. I have installed ilcctttts and pie speakup from the
www.raspberryvi.org/stories/stuttering.html
<http://www.raspberryvi.org/stories/stuttering.html> page. And have done sudo
apt-gett install mate-desktop-environment gnome-orca
and confused how to get Mate and Orca start and speak using My EC Technology
Carte Son Aluminium Mini USB. Any help is welcome. I have a Raspberry Model 3
with Raspbian.
