[raspberry-vi] Re: Could we make a Raspberry VI Pi Image?

I had a bad experience with Vinux recently. I could not set up the
wi-fi no matter what cli tools or GUIs I tried. It apparently uses an
outdated version of Ubuntu. I hear that in modern Ubuntu you don't
have to struggle to use basic services like wireless internet.

Hi

Vinux is a funny stuff.  I have installed it and to be honest, a regular
ubuntu distro can do it with similar accessibility.
It's necesary to activate in the command line some features in the GUI
to have real accessibility, so Vinux is not really accessible just out
from the box.

To get an image to the Pi, I would prefer the command line distro
already shown in this group.

Thanks

Just as there exists an accessible Ubuntu Linux distribution called
Vinux,
would there be any way to package some accessible tools such as speech
synthesizer into a ready-to-install Pi image?

   Please advise me.

   Best wishes,

  JY
