não é por nada não, mas acho que não devemos participar desse concurso não
por causa do prazo ou da falta de articulação em torno da organização de
uma proposta para ele, mas por aqueles motivos que vc coloca no final: não
precisamos de grana, mas de articulação (entre as rádios livres).
