[radioexplorer] Version 2.5 Release

Greetings, Radio Explorer user!

Version 2.5 is now available for download.

This version brings support for viewing all of the supported schedules in the
local time mode, in addition to the usual UTC time mode. For more information
about this, please search the Radio Explorer online help for "local time" and
see the topic titled "Set the local time or the UTC time display mode" that
will appear at the top of the result list.

I hope you will enjoy using this new feature!
