[radioexplorer] Version 1.3 Release

Greetings Radio Explorer user!

Version 1.3 of Radio Explorer is now available for download.

This version, developed in collaboration with Francesco Di Giovanni, adds
support for a new user interface language - Italian. More information about
this is available on the Radio Explorer in Your Language page of the Radio
Explorer web site at http://www.radioexplorer.com.ru/inyourlanguage.html

In addition to that, in this version some minor corrections have been made in
handling Eike Bierwirth's Comprehensive Shortwave Schedules
(http://www.eibi.de.vu/).

As usual, your comments and suggestions for new features are welcome.
