[radioexplorer] EiBi Shortwave Schedule for the B03 Season

Greetings Radio Explorer user!

A preliminary version of Eike Bierwirth's shortwave schedule for the B03
season is now available for download at http://www.eibi.de.vu/.

According to Eike's estimations, this version includes about a half of the
overall data that will be available in the complete version.

You can find more information about using the EiBi schedules with Radio
Explorer on the Input Data page of the Radio Explorer web site, at
http://www.radioexplorer.com.ru/data.html.
