Three hour long Io-B red pass on 110131

Hello Radio Astronomers,

This is a very interesting event.

Strongest in LCP, showing strong modulations in RCP in a criss cross pattern
(with positive and negative drift rates ).

Please see the attached illustration, which includes details from the Nancay
spectrum (with my thanks to Paris Observatory).
