About the SARA Radio Astronomy Cubesat

Good afternoon David Fields,

I do not recommend 10 to 30 kHz.
I suggest 100 kHz to 15 MHz, if possible.

I refer to the data from STEREO A and WIND shown at:

http://herrero-radio-astronomy.blogspot.com/2016/12/jupiter-events-at-stereo-for.html

Soon papers with Juno Waves data will be published in Geophysical Research
Letters:

http://agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/hub/journal/10.1002/(ISSN)1944-8007/issues/

We will study them.

Let us know more about SARA RA Cubesat
FUN !!

Many thanks
Victor :)

Hi Victor,
I want to move SARA toward supporting a radio astronomy cubesat. My choice
of band, for several reasons, is 10-30kHz, mostly to support outreach
observations.  I can tell you more if you're interested, but I wanted to
ask if you have any suggestions of the band that would provide the most
interesting/useful data from low earth orbit.
Thx,
David
