There was actually a bug with WS-C2950C-24 and WS-C2950-24 port creation.
Both were labeled as FastEthernet, but created Gigabit ports. I have
uploaded a patch to the trac for this issue. I don't have access to either
of these switches for testing, but the fix was pretty easy.
