Ok, from your sample I see you've introduced typed fields for all sort
of customer info. If having this info a click away is acceptable,
there's a more convenient approach to do the same:

1. List all customers in a dedicated dictionary chapter. Each record
should have an URL encoded, which points to a (wiki)page with all
necessary information shown there.
2. Introduce new attribute "Customer info" and map it onto the objects
using the chapter above.

I have updated your sample record accordingly. Now you can just pick the
customer from the list, and that should do the job unless there's
really a lot of them.

Some other thing to consider in future is to enable URLs to be
optionally associated with tags. E.g., when an asset is tagged with
"Ali asset", it's natural to have a link to related page right near the
tag w/o a need to select "Ali" again on properties tab... I don't see
other easy tricks at the moment, but that should cover 95% of cases.
