A good idea on the unit_no... I'm trying to write a spec on a
more abstract mean of positioning stuff, which would allow "putting" an
object directly into a rack or room without allocating rackspace or any
other "space". I would like to review your solution, if it fits, because
some code has to do the work, while some super-design is being
developed.
