[racktables-users] Upgrade to 0.17.6

Hi,
I added SLES11 to my 0.17.5 dictionary, then during the upgrade to 0.17.6 it threw an error complaining about the SLES11 entry already existing (not a big deal as it continued and completed successfully) 

In inc/dictionary:
inc/dictionary.php: 1317 => array ('chapter_id' => 13, 'dict_value' => 'Linux%GSKIP%SLES11'), 

from the dictionary table:
|         13 |    50002 | Linux%GSKIP%SLES11
Your code obviously catches the error tells me about it and continues, however I think a better behaviour, in some areas such as the dictionary, would be to remove the offending entry and then add your one (then alter the relevant records).
Also can I request for the next update the following be added to the dictionary: | 21 | 50006 | [[DELL%GPASS%PowerEdge 2160AS | http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/server-poweredge-2160as?c=uk&l=en&s=bsd&cs=ukbsdt1]] | | 21 | 50007 | [[DELL%GPASS%PowerEdge180AS | http://www1.euro.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/server-poweredge-180as?c=uk&l=en&s=bsd&cs=ukbsdt1]] |
